I fully admit I rub many folks the wrong way. My filter switch is broken. And I feel more comfortable with people knowing everything. It is a safer place for me. I don't have anything to hide. I don't really care what people think because I know EVERYONE is screwing up on a regular basis so why should I spend my time worrying about what others think?

BUT...

My objective is pure. I built Silver Fern™ to help people. 100% true. I am a total capitalist and I believe in capitalism. But Silver Fern™ (for me) is all about helping people. The truth is that we have💩 margins. Silver Fern™ after almost 10 years in business only turned a small profit starting this year. We do Silver Fern™ because we love it and as big of an jerk as I am (which I can be for sure), nothing makes me happier than helping people. I LOVE IT! So, while I don't care what others think I do care that I am doing the right thing, that I am honest, and that my heart is in the right spot.

So, I am who I am. I don't know how else to be. Yes, I do make Tiff and others feel awkward. But I am not trying to do anything but the right thing. I just may need a lot of help refining my delivery system, which I am aware of.
