When in doubt:
1) Assume everything is a cause
2) Help the entire system top-to-bottom
3) Make sure motility is activated in step 1 and detox pathways are open before doing a thorough cleanup
4) Take the time needed to thoroughly clean the entire system of the issue (quick and fast can cause lingering issues that build up a resistance)
5) Once motility is activated and the stomach lining is strong again, use a pull apart and binding action against H. pylori (as well as other pathogens)
6) Assume you have more than just H. pylori. H. pylori overgrowth commonly overlaps with SIBO (bacterial overgrowth), candida overgrowth, etc. (7,8)
7) Once the entire system is cleaned up, rebuild the gut. Rebuilding the gut is how you ensure long-term health.
This process helps with constipation, reflux, heartburn, gastritis, LPR/silent reflux, SIBO, IBS, GERD, gastroparesis, candida overgrowth, parasites, biofilms, mycotoxins, EBV and Lyme (if you follow the instructions well with the cleanup process), EPI, low stomach acid, and major bloating issues. The same approach applies to all of them because they all share the same underlying causes:
1) Slow motility
2) Imbalances (pathogen overload)
3) Weak stomach and intestinal barrier issues
4) Inflammation
5) Immune system dysfunction

Issues can get worse before they get better. Aggressive protocols can lead to discomforts, such as die-off symptoms. Unless the issue is an allergic reaction, cut the dosing of products by half for two weeks and then increase to the original protocol dosing. Protocols do stuff. Doing stuff causes change. Change can cause discomfort. Keep going.
