Is overeating a problem for you too? - gut health, weightloss

"Just stop eating so much, exercise, and eat healthy. Do that and you will lose the weight!"

"Eating and exercise is the answer. Do that and you'll stop overeating."

These comments comes up a lot in post comments.

FACT: If you stop eating so much you will likely be able to lose weight easier.

FACT: Exercise helps with weight loss.

FACT: Eating healthy helps with weight loss.

Now that all the acknowledgements are out of the way, let's deal in the day-to-day reality for most of us.

FACT: I exercise 5 to 6 days a week and eat healthy. I still really struggle losing fat. I have tried at least 50 different exercise programs. Didn't do 💩 long-term. Not sustainable w/o some serious commitment. The fact for me is this, 90% of my weight loss and body composition success comes from what I do outside the gym and absolutely has to do with not only what I eat but how much I eat.

Here is the truth. I'm tired of being heavy. It sucks. So, I have spent years trying to find a better way that works for people like me (and healthy!).

Overeating is a HUGE issue for many of us. We don't enjoy living in a calorie deficit or counting calories. It makes us "unhappy."

Pieces of information are a problem. Every year there are new revelations in the fight against obesity.

Are addressing mitochondrial dysfunction and the gut key to fighting weight loss? Yes, but a part, not the entire answer.

The truth is this, you need to do a lot of things right to become lean and muscular. So, we built an entire protocol for this. And it comes out in December 2025.
