Bad Bloating - gut health

IF you have only completed the first step and you are still bloated its because you have not addressed points 2-6 yet.

IF you have only started to cleanup the gut for a couple months and are still bloated it means the pathogens are not completely gone yet, inflammation still exists, and the gut barrier still needs to be rebuilt.

IF you have completed both Steps 1 and 2 but are still bloated its because you may have had pancreas issues. This means you need to have established motility, built up the gut barrier, turned off the translocation of pathogens to the pancreas, and given the pancreas time to start producing normal levels of enzymes again to break up food. This takes time.

IG you eat lots of different and new fruits, vegetables, and grains on a regular basis this can for sure cause even the most gut healthy people to have some bloating and a lot of gas.

Bloating isn't a cause. It is a symptom of everything.

When ONLY bloating exists this usually means dysbiosis, gut barrier issues, and/or pancreatic dysfunction. Start with the moderate to severe cleanup option.

When you have any constipation, reflux, heartburn, gastritis, etc. AND BLOATING, start with the slow motility protocol.

We do help with bloating a lot. A lot. But it isn't like you can turn the switch off for all causes in the first 30 days.
