Helping with SIBO and IBS: Our Specialty

We’ve made helping people with SIBO and IBS our niche, and after years of study and success, it’s safe to say we’ve got it down!

If you have SIBO what should you do?

First things first: there are 3 types of SIBO (Hydrogen, Methane, and Hydrogen Sulfide), and it’s often tied to other issues. So, it's best to tackle those at the same time too.

Your symptoms tell us a lot! Methane SIBO (also known as IMO) can slow down your system, but keep in mind that you might have slow motility in your stomach and rapid motility in your colon—yep, both can happen. Our general rule is to start at the top (your stomach) and work our way down. For example, low stomach acid can trigger diarrhea.

Want a more tailored approach? If you’re dealing with both stomach issues and diarrhea, you can combine steps 1 and 2. Just note that it can get pricey since you’re addressing two things at once!

Why SIBO treatments fail to stick:

If you’ve used antibiotics for SIBO but still feel bloated, constipated, or uncomfortable, it’s because SIBO probably isn’t the only thing going on. This is why we attack it all at once.

One last thing:

Bloating? It might be caused by EPI (pancreatic insufficiency), which can lead to SIBO. To tackle this, you’ll need to clean up your gut, repair your gut barrier, decrease inflammation, and give your pancreas some TLC. We believe in food freedom, but if something hurts, skip it while you’re working through the protocols.
