Water is key to:
✔️ healthy digestion
✔️ regulating your bowel movements
✔️ breaking down foods in combination with stomach acids and enzymes
Just like with diversification of healthy foods, my interpretation of the data for water and gut health suggests it is good to get a variety of types of water from a variety of different natural sources. But in general, getting plenty of water each day is also always good for gut health.
