We get asked all the time if you'll have to stay on Motility forever or can you eventually get off of it.
Not if you don't want to.
For mild issues, you're looking at 30-60 days. For more moderate ones, around 90 days. Once you've been consistent for about 6 to 8 weeks, you can start tapering off. Motility isn’t a dependency-forming laxative; it’s actually much more. Besides tackling constipation and digestion, it also helps with stress, sleep, and cortisol balance.
Even if you’re good on the gut front, a daily dose can still work wonders across a wide range of issues. Personally, I still take two capsules a day for all those added benefits.
The Breakdown: What’s in Motility?
Motility has two powerhouse ingredient groups:
1️⃣ Artichoke Leaf Extract (ALE) with a very unique standardization making it the most effective option we have found: Supercharged to stimulate bile, breaking down fats and keeping digestion smooth.
2️⃣ Digexin (Okra + Ashwagandha): Clinically proven to aid digestion, lower stress, and improve overall wellness.
Here’s What It Can Do for You:
*Helps increase bowel movements and stool moisture*
*Helps keep digestion running smoothly*
*Helps reduce stress and cortisol*
*Helps soothe the gut and boost gut health*
Note on Ashwagandha: No need to worry about immune activation. It’s actually an immunomodulator, meaning it balances immune responses without overstimulation. And while it’s a nightshade, it contains little to no alkaloids, so it’s gentle on the body.
So, yes, you can eventually step back if you’re using it for gut health—but you might find yourself sticking with it for the other benefits!
