The next step? What to do with that information. Address any motility and/or digestive issues first. This includes constipation, diarrhea, heartburn/reflux, nausea, bloating, cramping, and any other symptom that comes from the belly either after eating or that develops throughout the day.
.
We have plans for each of those issues. Please start there! If the issues are allergies, skin irritations, a poor immune system, mood issues, and headaches/migraines but there are no digestive issues than start there with gut health. We have plans that start there too.
.
Gut health aside, in the next six months we will be introducing a Hair Complex. It's amazing. Tiffany has been using it for the last six months and has had dramatically noticeable results, noticeably thicker and longer hair.
