FODMAP fears? Hit back! - gut health, dairy intolerance, glutenintolerance

Do you really want to avoid food all the time? Really? That's not fun.

Hi. My name is Phil. I'm one of the research nerds at Silver Fern™. We help with SIBO and IBS issues a lot. We have entire protocols for helping with these issues. These protocols take time because the issues are complex. If a person has constipation, reflux, heartburn, indigestion, low stomach acid, and other stomach issues (GERD, SIBO-C, IMO, SIBO-M, IBS-C, IBS-M), we start with slow motility and reflux issues first BEFORE the cleanup process. This is extremely important. If a person only has diarrhea/loose stools issues (SIBO-D, IBS-D), we immediately have them start the moderate to severe cleanup protocol.

But we pride ourselves in addressing the underlying causes of SIBO/IBS/GERD so this whole process can take time. So, what do we suggest to you for holidays, vacations, date night, etc. while you are going through this process? Avoid all FODMAP foods all the time? Wow. That sounds...💩.

FODMAP enzymes are how we overcome this issue. FODMAP enzymes are the immediate response to horrible "pregnant-looking" bloating from FODMAP foods. These ARE NOT regular enzymes.

If you'd like help with beating the bloat, please take our 5-second quiz to find out where to start. We will NOT collect your email or contact information. It’s the fastest quiz you’ll take.
