When you have issues like low stomach acid, look to the causes then address those.
Acid blockers (though inexpensive and easily available) are not addressing the underlying causes of low stomach acid. They may, in fact, be worsening the issues because they are masking the issues vs addressing the causes. (I'll do a separate post on causes.)
Rather than quickly "masking up" to address issues like reflux, heartburn, and stomach aches, please consider addressing the underlying causes with a properly structured protocol.
