Where did your gut issues start? - gut health, antibiotics, probiotics
by Tiffany Cox March 10, 2024
Yes, antibiotics may be necessary from time to time. I suggest they are used way too often, but they may be needed for certain infections.
What do you do if you have to take antibiotics? We get asked that a lot.
When left unmanaged, antibiotics for bacteria issues can result in candida overgrowth (for example).
Antibiotics can cause major imbalance issues in the gut.
We've got you covered.
Our Rehab Protocol is for just such times.
If you'd like our approach to helping prevent major imbalances caused by antibiotics during or after use, DM us #Rehab.
Note: Please take the probiotics about 3 hours away from the antibiotics. The probiotic strains we use survive in the presence of antibiotics, but we also want to be careful and not interfere with the antibiotics.
