December 03, 2022Yes, you can count calories burned and calories consumed. That does work for some. But what if it isn't working for you? Or what if there is a better way?
The gut literally sends signals on what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat. Most people don't know that the gut sets the metabolism, determines fat loss, and determines fat accumulation. It is also possible for you to deliberately and intentionally target bacteria and gut compounds shown to change the metabolism, reduce how much you feel like you need to eat, and change what foods you desire.
There are literally hundreds of articles on it. I'm super happy to share them.
I also send before and after pictures of myself. It worked great for me, and I was fat for 20 plus years.
If your gut program isn't targeting the compounds and bacteria types for helping with fat loss and changing cravings your program isn't a complete program.
