Stress management for gut problems - gut health, stress, mood

What are the top underlying causes of gut problems?

1) Antibiotics
2) Poor diet (Western Diet)
3) Meds
4) Poor dental hygiene
5) Too much alcohol
6) Unprotected sex
7) HIGH STRESS!!!!

Diets can be improved.
Antibiotics are stopped.
Poor hygiene can be improved.
You can stop overconsuming alcohol.
I'm not going to comment on sex. LOL

But what do you do when you are under high stress and struggle with that?

It may be very tough to help with constipation, diarrhea, reflux/heartburn, gut imbalances, etc. if you are under constant stress.

Personally speaking, I know antibiotics, poor diet, meds, and chronic stress were the cause of my gut problems.

But when stress is going on what do you do to help with that? That's a tough one. Here's the common list:

1) Exercise
2) Yogo
3) Meditation
4) Therapy
5) Eat Healthy
6) Improve Gut Health

But, what do you do if you are trying all of these and still need additional help?

After many years, I found that help (no drugs). Our science team tested and re-tested combinations of ingredients. We weren't satisfied until we found a very specific Persian Saffron with a very high concentration of safranal coupled with l-theanine and inositol. It works. It works well. It took me about 6-8 weeks to really feel it take the edge off of life for me.

If you have gut and stress issues combined, you may want to try what I did.

I know on social media there are a lot of fake, BS products. I'm aware. This is not one of them.
