Food intolerances and enjoy pain free-food freedom, digestive enzymes, dairy, gluten, FODMAP

I love my cheat meal each week. I often get both dinner and dessert. Donuts just so happen to be one of the desserts I like the most.
.
The Food Freedom Kit was created for those cheat meals when a person wants to eat what they want and don’t want to do so with fear. This is for Super Bowl parties, weekend dinners out with friends or family, and holiday events. This isn’t for every meal of the day. This is for people with severe stomach issues.
.
The Food Freedom Kit includes 4 products:
◾Bloat & Gas Relief/FODMAP enzymes,
◾Digestive Enzymes,
◾Gluten Comfort (gluten enzymes)
◾Upper GI Relief
.
The rules to addressing all sorts of possible food fears are:
1️⃣ Assume all food types may cause problems and then address all of them. Don’t guess what foods may be causing the problem. Get help to digest them all. It feels better.
2️⃣ Take high quality enzymes. Enzymes may all share similar names but that doesn’t mean they are equally effective. Take high quality enzymes.
3️⃣ Take enough of each enzyme to break everything down adequately. A person can’t overdose on enzymes, but they can under dose. It is better to be safe than sorry. For a full-blown cheat meal this means 3-4 capsules of each enzyme product. For Upper GI Relief 2-3 capsules is sufficient. No need for more.
4️⃣ Take the products at the right time before meals or at the beginning of meals. They don’t work as effectively after the fact.
.
Think of these products as car insurance. A person can’t get car insurance for a car they just wrecked. If a person eats and then 3 hours later eats again, they need to start over with more of these products at the beginning of the next meal. Enzymes aren’t probiotics. They don’t stick around all day.
