January 31, 2022 Even the best supplements alone will NOT offset a bad lifestyle: too much sugar, too little sleep, too much takeout, too much stress, turning to meds for solving everything, etc.

But life is all about balance too. Infections happen (and require antibiotics). Stress is on the rise (in most people). Holidays, vacations, and celebrations are going to take place (typically involving unhealthy food and drinks).

The goal isn’t to avoid life or not live. The goal is to have the good in abundance and the bad occasionally, so the gut and body are healthy.
1️⃣ The right supplements matter. People say “I get everything I need from fruits, vegetables, apple cider vinegar, and fermented foods. I don’t need supplements.” Healthy eaters with very balanced diets still get sick and have stomach issues all the time. That’s a fact. People need assistance to maintain gut health.
