We love magnesium as a daily supplement for: ✔️ stress/anxiety ✔️ sleep ✔️ mood ✔️ muscle function ✔️immune system support. Our personal go to combination is magnesium glycinate and l-threonate. Taken at night a few hours before bed, it has a calming effect that helps with sleep. While we are NOT supporters of magnesium dependency for bowel regularity, we still consider it to be key mineral for good health.
