① Take carefully in small doses and very slowly at first. Many people start as low as ¼ of a teaspoon of Nano Scrub a day and then slowly build up to 1 to 3 teaspoons per day.  For suspected toxin overload, please consider staying at 1 tsp per day for at least 30 days before increasing to 3 tsp per day. Common Questions:

How does it affect the microbiome?

Most silver products aren’t shown to alter the microbiome.
