When gut ingredients are effective and taken at clinical doses, one may experience some discomfort as your body is adjusting. 1. Cleanse is a Binder: Introducing a strong binder can cause constipation, gas, and bloating. If you struggle with constipation or slow motility, start with Step 1 of the Slow Motility+ Protocol first.
