Digestive enzymes help you better absorb the nutrients from your food* - gut health, probiotics
by Tiffany Cox January 31, 2023
You aren't necessarily what you eat. You are what you absorb. A key to healthy eating is the availability of enzymes to make use of what you consume. The goal is to turn food into fuel. Enzymes need to be taken with meals because they work through the system with the meal to break it down fully. S. boulardii and bacillus coagulans are probiotic strains shown to increase enzyme production. Probiotics are taken once a day (not with every meal). They are best taken with food (especially prebiotic fibers). If you have questions, please send us a DM on Instagram.
